White rectangles when i play a champion that evolves abilities

Whenever i play a champion that permanently evolves an ability i get white rectangles in my upper left part of screen corresponding to my evolved spell. It always happens when i play Kha'zix , Viktor , Kai'sa and i think it sometimes happens with Kayn and champions with empowered abilities but rarely.

Any ideas what is causing this? I tried repairing the game but the problem is still here .
