New lore: Runeterra map concept #3

Am I annoying already? xD

Some things polished out, the "third continent" is more separate.

Also please consider the Runeterra's (I mean the planet) curvature, which is surpassed, so the northern part might look way larger than it is. I placed the prime meridian into Piltover, because they are the most likely to discover meridians and stuff like this.

I can't comment on the content, but the discussion here is amazing.

Props to Tesla Effect, Beyond Legends, Chromatic Eagle, Icathian, and of course Sexy Bisex Plant, for your collaborative work here. Damn, it feels good to be cartographer-ish.

I definetly like the bigger size of Ionia especially because Noxus would never want to invade such a small ass country like it is on the original map.

Shurima's size is now quite big, and I love it. Bilgewater on the other hand I thought to be several islands, like the caribbean.

I thought though that the Kumungu Jungle would be a bit smaller, while the land around targon should be bigger.

I wonder why you gave Urtiastan such a big part of the country as it only has one Champion coming from it? Also I'd love to know where exactly you would place Icathia and Yordle City

I like the nice liberty of meridian thing in Piltover, makes also a degree of sense due to the meridian on our planet stretching threw the UK (location from which inspirations for Piltover were most taken from), and I also like the notion of the curvature of the planet being the cause of the stretched out shape of the Freljord area.....Makes you wonder if they are more continents under the Kumungu Jungle area (which would most likely be the Equator due to the ecology of the area closely resembling our Earths Africa and South America).

Hi there! This map is amazing! But I notise two things I would ad/change with your map.

In the new universe site they say that Piltover is built ontop of Zaun. They where the same city befor but now they have become two seporate citys. Zaun is the underworld of Piltover. They are still different citys but they are on the same place on the map because they are stacked ontop of each other.
I can't find Icathia on the map. Icathia is located on the same continent as Shurima but we don't exactly know where. I think Icathia is located in the north part of the Shurima desert. Kinda like Urtistan is in the South-west I think Icathia is in the north-east.

This map is great and really do help everyone to get a better idea of where everything is located. Good job!

Bilgewater is suppose to conmect to the sepertine river. Shurima has jungle at the bottome base on the tablet map we were giver. Mount Targon has connection to a sea port and Noxus is suppose to be up north.

Also here the map I made a year ago. It's not perfect and Ionia isn't up to date but it's reference if you want.
