Suggestion: Edit new Xin Zhao Splash, guides inside

Ok, first of all, i'm very great full that riot updated xin's old splash but that doesn't mean that they did a perfect job, but then again, a new splash is better than never.

New Spalsh: https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/7/75/Xin_Zhao_OriginalSkin.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20180206201144

These are suggestions that needs to be applied to the new Xin's splash to make it more accurate:

  1. Xin is missing a hair band at his lower ponytail. This needs to be fix asap unless riot VU him this year to make his splash accurate. (And yes, I know that he'll receive a VGU but not soon)

Look at his ingame model: http://www.lolchampion.de/_wordpress_dev716a/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/Xin_Zhao_texture.jpg

  2. Xin needs a shaved growing beard like J4 and needs to appear old unless riot applied real world asian reference here, where asian people looks younger than their actual age lol. Because we all know Xin is old and is older than J4 based on the old lore. So, if they retcon him with the new lore this splash might be accurate. Cause again, J3/J2 save him from the noxian empire (boram's regime?) and J4 might not eben be born in that generation and now J4 looks like 30-37.

  3. Xin back portion is just a blue ribbon(base on the ingame model) and not a stone plate type. Plus it defy the laws of physics, how can he sit with that? I also ponder how lux dresses herself with that thight armor lol.

  4. Xin has a golden collar. Self explanatory based on the ingame model.

  5. Make the background a bit darker cause it has the same color as xin's making him not the center of attraction.

That's all, i hope riot see's and appreciates this. I also know that they could only do tweeks now and fastly. I hope they could edit this before its too late.

  1. While I agree he looks a lot younger than we know him to be, it's not because of the lore. It's entirely possible Riot intends to shift around Xin's timeline, from being saved by J2 and serving J3, to probably being both saved by and serving J3, with this he could be any age and it wouldn't matter, but why we can say he looks to young, is when this splash is compared to his other splashes, Dragon Slayer being the most recent.

    1. & 4) Unless you consider them unique qualities to Xin I don't see a problem in preemptively removing them if they intend to rework him to look closer to this splash. 4) It's possible he doesn't sit when he has the armor on, I'd assume there was some sort of hinge to allow for him to ride a horse.

He literally looks 20 years younger in that splash lmao. I think it portraits him wrong.

I don't get that why people are arguing that he is not look like his ingame model. It's nearly identical to me excepts arms but its okay. He is indeed looks young and I was also expecting "battle veteran" kinda look but remember that he is asian. I'm not saying asians always look 20 year older, what I'm saying is, he is one of the most beloved champions for Chinese server, I'm pretty sure that they are happy with this "handsome" version of Xin. The whiteness in the splash art represents Demacia. I'm sure that if Riot had opportunity to do every single splash art, every Demacian champion's theme would look more white. Also Reav3 said that splash arts are more like "high resolution fantasy" of the champion. So of course there will be some differences from in-game model.

Or his in-game model could just be updated for sake of how old it is.

Xin Zhao looks younger than J4 in the new splash, when he's probably older than J3 in his current lore.
