AoE fear that's a tanking steroid, slightly nerfed regent that still does on hit magic damage (woohoo wits end!), a freaking awesome tracking ability, and a leap that scales with MS?
Homeguard Warwick ganks! Or at least swiftness boots will be core on him.
Wits end, BorK, titanic, swiftness, deadmans, and Visage seem like a good build.
Edit: Oh my god I am in love here. Someone who tried to be good to his home city the right way, failed, and instead of fighting the beast, he embraces it to do what he thinks is best for Zaun the quickest way. If he even remembers why he does it.

Camille is Piltover's vigilante, Cassiopeia is Noxus's vigilante (kinda), Vayne is Demacia's vigilante, Diana is like Targon's vigilante, Yorick is basically the Isles' vigilante, and now Zaun has a vigilante?
I actually don't know how I feel about this.
The new 
Warwick is certainly cool, but I can already see that he is going to be a pain to deal with. A lot of pain. Maybe that's the point, but I feel like Warwick is too strong... or maybe everyone else is too weak. :P This update is gonna hit like a bus.

So he's basically Zaun's Punisher. Not sure how to feel about that, but holy hell Zaun is a mess.
His lore is definitely focused on him as an anti-hero. It seems to indicate a guy who tried to be a good Samaritan, but got burned by the Underworld aspect of Zaun. Singed took advantage of him and mutated him, but Warwick apparently realized his new abilities can be used to help Zaun, by viciously murdering the Underworld.
I guess it's the ultimate story of fighting fire with fire.
Oh my,now I'm kinda sad that I never got the grey-warwick skin,because that skin looks really great now.
See my problem with this is that he has no aoe damage. This has become increasingly important in the jungle, and especially for new players who don't have ruins either, this could make it very difficult to even survive the jungle.
