I like the way you think. The rework looks amazing. I've never been so entranced by a kit reveal before... Feels strange and exciting at the same time.

Best part is that the leap scales off ms.

Can't wait to see how far a leap with a Kled ult will let me fly.

I think roaming boots might be better on him. A lot of his kit works best out of combat (his blood trail, and he can use ult from out of combat anyway). Or at least, it'll be situationally better.

I don't think boots of swiftness would be core, in fact I think they'd be bad on him. 10 more MS at the cost of 25 MR or 30 AR. That would barely increase his jump at all and he already has multiple gap closers and a MASSIVE ms boost that quickly cap his MS making further MS worthless.

Right?! I hated this guy up until... today actually (tried him for laughs) and learned that he's actually sort of fun and now that his kit is just a modernized version of his old kit, I'm so hyped!!!!! What do you think of his ult?

I actually don't know how I feel about this.

Camille isn't the vigilante of Piltover. She's just the vigilante of House Ferros, and if the other houses benefit from her activities, it's an unintended side effect.

Cassiopeia is not a vigilante in the slightest sense. She uses her beauty and charm to seduce, and she sought power in Shurima, where she became cursed. She still serves Noxus and her father's household in her new form, but she doesn't do vigilante work because she still falls within the bounds of what's accepted in the Noxian meritocracy, and she still uses her skills to serve Noxus.

isnt a vigilante if anything comes close being the assassin and the one who most likely does work to improve noxus with or without swains knowledge though this is just my assumption

I think the difference is that the Punisher's entire family got killed by the Mob (I think that's who it was, or at least Kingpin) and he just wants revenge. With Warwick though, we don't really have any indicator that he himself has been harmed in any way by the criminal element, beyond Singed who is probably working alone. Were that his motivating factor (revenge), he would just kill Singed and be done with it. Rather, it would seem his good deeds were insufficient in making life better due to the sheer criminal superiority and control. In the wake of his mutation, it's likely he realized that he has the power now to end this kind of activity by fighting fire with fire, viciously murdering criminals, which may be exactly what Singed was hoping for.

I'd say he's more akin to Yagami Light than Punisher. Light had power basically handed to him to make things better, and he did for a bit, but then his ego got the better of him and it spiraled out or control. I feel this will be a similar situition.

While I agree with you, I'd describe him as amore of an anti-villain. Someone with good intentions but is going about it all wrong, as what he does is just as bad as those he's stopping.

Active: Chooses a marked target. Channels for 3 seconds and then jumps to the target dealing damage equal to it's missing health.

Honestly they'll probably do a sale with all the skins. I need more RP.

His passive gives him sustain, and that sustain increases when he gets lower. I highly doubt he'll have any problems surviving in the jungle.

Now, clear times are a different story.
