Harrowing Login Screen

In case anyone hasn't caught it yet, here it is; don't watch it if you don't want spoilers. Login Screen! Anyways; I wanted to point out the city in the far background of this login screen, and the resemblance it has to Noxus. If it is Noxus, is this fissure of what looks like Shadow Isles magic spreading towards Noxus? Does this have anything to do with a possible new Shadow Isles lore piece that might be our first taste of standalone lore not tied to an event? (I know the Harrowing is an event, but I find it more of a goofy fun times event that usually doesn't mean much for lore.)
