The Skull on Singed's Bottle Got Removed!
In the most recent PBE update, the skull on Singed's bottle got removed. I'm not going to jump to the Chinese Overlord conclusion, but is there any valid context to this change?

Tbh,the only reason i could imagine for that would be the chinese overlord-theory. This is dumb, a lot of champions have bones in their splashes, there is a skull of Ebonmaw in TT. Also Jurassic Cho and Kog. Compared to any of these removing a skull on a fucking bottle is retarded. Also the bottle would normally be covered by champ info anyway unless you went digging into the actual game files...
they could remove it in the chinese art then...

This seems like a silly censorship edit. What does the Chinese Overlord conclusion have to do with it?
Why won't they just remove it in China?
If I had to guess, they removed the skull from his texture for readability, then changed the splash to match.
