J4 skin a let down

jarvan had a skin released not too long ago, dark star. So it's annoying to see this hextech J4 released soon after, when many champs haven't had a new skin in quite a bit longer. And even more so because both dark star and hextech skins are predominantly purple, so there isn't a wild difference between the two skins; purple guy with a purple helmet, big shoulders and a big purple spear. So I really don't understand the reasoning behind picking this for him, even though he is "meta" now.

if the hextech skin was pink for example, i wouldn't complain; it's just too similar. You dont HAVE to make every hextech skin purple.

Jarvan's old skins look outdated, so maybe update some of them and instead give the hextech to a different champ.

nice on the skins though; they haven't had any in a while.
