It's mentioned that humans fleeing 'The Great Void War' long ago traveled to Ionia. Some them met the Vastayahsha'rei. They would mate and their descendants would become the Vastayah we know today.
Obviously 'The Great Void War' involved the Void. But who were the major players in it? Was there also some Void Prophet like Malzahar?
