I think Jax can be a good friend of Fiora. Jax respects Fiora and Fiora will also eventually learn to respect him in the future. Someone who can challenge her would likely have her interest.
Honestly I doubt she likes anyone. Maybe she'd like being a smug rich person with Camille or something.
