Kai'Sa is exactly what i was expecting Riot to do.

When they announced a new Void champion I was happy as can be because I was really excited to get a new monster champion in the game again, But than I started seeing people talking about how it was a girl and how it might be kassadin's daughter. I tried to stay positive because "hey maybe they can still make her a bit monster like I mean this is the void there are so many possibilities for her design."

and then I learned she was going to be a marksman kind of like vayne and I just like that my hopes for a monster champ dropped. So many human champs recently have been "sexy" or "cute" and my mind went "do you really think they are gonna not make her some sexy humanoid based somewhat on vayne's gameplay?" it felt like a no-brainer this is where things were going with how the recent champs have been.

I know that there are champs that people are like "but they have done monster champs recently too" and then retort with like Aurelion Sol but he's just a dragon and dragon's are nothing new to League. Tahm Kench was the last actually a monster champ and that was 2015. Some here comes the void a somewhat eldritch dimension of strange creatures teeming with so many possibilities in what could be there, aaaaaaand it's a human in a skin-tight sexy outfit with guns... WHHHHHHHHHHHYYYYY? this strange world of infinite possibilities and you just make another human :/ you could have even kept the human aspect and just pull some true love-craftian horror stuff and make it something like the void changed her immensely because i mean... it's a messed up place of weird there and you have so many possibilities but nope... power armor...

Her design just seems so safe and kind of unfitting for something like the void. she honestly feels like someone from piltover tried to do science with the void and came out looking like Pharah in a skin-tight jumpsuit with Tracer's guns. I read someone says that she kind of reminds them of Samus which would have actually been pretty cool but she is like so far away from Samus' design due to her design so clearly giving away that she's some sexy gun-toting girl in skin-tight power armor with unneeded cleavage.

I just hope Lore Wise she isn't just Lucian but for the void. (which in a way is just Kassadin)
