Jinx passive: Get Excited sound

Does anyone find it strange that when Jinx gets a kill or assist, her passive's sound makes a weird, mechanical noise? Is that sound coming from Pow-pow/Fishbones releasing extra built up energy, like steam coming out of a boiling tea kettle full of water?

Would be more fitting to have jinx just yell something silly like "That was fun!!!!!!!"

This bugs me every time I play Jinx. I love the champ to death, but the sound of her passive spinning down isn't really explained; it sounds like metal grinding to a halt, or something like that.
