[MOD REQUEST] Replace the old SR music with the Bilgewater music

It's rather wasteful that Riot simply removed the Bilgewater theme after the event finished, and I'd like to have that soundtrack for Tahm. On the flipside, I have no reason to go back to the Ye-Olde SR track, simply because I never liked it as much.

Does anyone think they could make a mod that replaces the Old SR track with the Bilgewater track?

(Oh, and Riot, if you want to force a C&D on this, then please give us the ability to use that Bilgewater track through your own means.)
