This was a idea from Reddit, Sion, Teemo, and Kalista have global quotes, Karthus is 50 times more badass than these champs, his Ult quotes should be global. Right now only the caster can hear his quotes, and it is kinda silly, all of Karthus's Ult quotes are directed at his opponets.
I find it very disappointing that Karthus doesn't have a global quote for his ult (wouldn't be less annoying than hearing teh Sion-horn every 60 seconds). It's a high CD, high impact, high moment ult that should feel just as impactful.
that reddit response sounds just like "Yeah, we did it with other champions but we're not doing it with the game's definitive global ult because.... uh... languages and stuff... even though those lines are already recorded in those languages...'
Just seems like a really lame and arbitrary excuse to not do something really cool

While it does take some faith, shouldn't they just go with the theory that the alt language quotes have already been synced the best they could be to finish by the time the move ends?
