You'd think Jinx would say something special if Vi gets a kill on her, or Azir would say something if killed by Xerath, but apparently those don't exist.
Why is that? Lack of tech? Screws with people knowing if they got a kill?

There are SOOOOOOO many more interactions between Champs that we'd love to have in there today. However, the reality is, going back and recording a handful of lines for older Champs is logistically tougher than waiting for something like a Champ relaunch/update, or some kind of lore event like Shurima where a meatier script gets fleshed out.
I think as we've seen, Champ updates have gotten pretty epic lately, and I see no reason why we'd not continue to inject more of these kinds of interactions moving forward. =)

I get what you are saying though that they could say "curse you tryndamere" in their dieing breath.
the biggest challenge would probably be in selecting when to make such an interaction.
