Viktor's joke on Creator Viktor is exactly the same as his classic, even though he doesn't have a 3rd arm on Creator Vik. All he does is repeat the sound byte.
As cool as the load-in animation is, I think I'd have preferred a new joke to it. Keeping the one we have now is just sad. There's no sense for him to repeat a joke that literally makes no sense. There is no hand for him to be talking to.

I'd also like it if they changed his laugh. He doesn't throw his staff up into his 3rd arm anymore, so there's just this awkward:
"Hhhhrrrrugh!" for no reason.
"Hyehyehyehyehye...!"
Added to that, his hex core doesn't change colours like it used to. His staff looks bland and dull now, no matter how many times you upgrade it. :P
The Creator Skin was awesome on release, with a few awkward oversights. Ever since the rework, however, it's just accumulated more and more awkward. Power transfer and Chaos storm are nothing like their pre-rework counterparts.
