Do you have a better video? It's really hard to hear. Maybe a link to the actual match and maybe the time. Anyway, there's a good chance that the track is uploaded to Riot's soundcloud. https://soundcloud.com/leagueoflegends/sets 2014 World Championship might be a good playlist to look at. It's 2015 but I don't see any reason why they stop using those songs.
