Aside of the aforementioned ones (especially Johnny Yong Bosch), I think I can recommend these as well:

Also since I just found out that Lux is actually voiced by Carrie Keranen, well this makes the 'Madoka Magica' main cast to up to four so far (Lux - Mami, Riven - Homura, Jinx - Sayaka, Nami - Kyubey). So we're only missing two more, one of them already mentioned, Christine Marie Cabanos (Madoka).
So I recommend the last one, Lauren Landa (Kyoko). I can recommend her because I know she can sound mature and serious (Litchi from BlazBlue) or younger and cheery (Leia from Tales of Xillia) or the in-between (Kasumi from Dead or Alive) aside of Kyoko.
