Smurf accounts

I'm a newbie and I see problems among new players. I'd hazard a guess that the majority of people like me stops playing this game in the real beginning because of the smurf accounts. When we want to learn we only die and feed the enemy. Furthermore, other smurfs only write 'stop trolling', 'stop feeding', 'report' or really nasty things... That's really unpleasant and takes all the plaesure of playing.. I think I've found solution for this problem. Maybe it's not perfect but it would restore the pleasure of playing LoL for beginners. Moreover, thanks to that should be more players and by extension more profits (for Riot). First selection would be really simple - while singing up there should be possibility to tick that it would be a smurf account. To convince players to score that there could be something what they want. As I said, I'm a new player and I don't know what can convince them. I'm thinking about hextech chests or sth like that, or linking accounts to have some bonuses. But on the other hand they will play only with other smurfs or high-level accounts. But it's not the only thing that I've figured out. Lots of people has nicks that include some champions' names. You, Riot, have to have the database and it's really easy to apply a filter, so you could find these players and any other programme could check the results of their matches. If these people play good enough to say that they are smurfs you could add them to the other smurfs. Because I know that some people can play some matches and after that they say 'Yeah, I want to play this champion. I'll create an account on which I would main it'. That's why I think that it would be better to check if they play well0. Next, it would be very practical if there would be groups (something like Gold, Silver, etc., but invisible for players) because sometimes it would take a long time before there would be found another player on the similiar level, so groups could help which player is only a little bit better and which player is too good for other players. It could be very labour-itensive, but with something like this everything should be great, I think. It would be great for new players to enjoy the game. Also for you, Riot, because you would have more players that means more profits and also with bonuses maybe there would be more smurf accounts and also it could create new incomes. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think (my friends also) that the LoL have died. We mean that there are almost only experienced players. The most of the new players resigned, resign and would resign because of how other players treat them and also they cannot learn because it's really hard to learn anything while playing against much more experienced player...
