Super Skins Stats <3

Hello all, i have a message for you and sorry if my english is not good to understand,

The Question is : skins can or may have stats? The answer is simple. YES and NO

For a YES answer: Is that possible that skins can actually upgrade stats such as runes or masteries? I think Riot can try it out because since you earn a lot of money for something to change the visual, why dont upgrade them? For example, in draft mode, players can ban their champions and after that ban skins , im not telling you to ban 3 but 1 should be enough . Just think about it, because im not the only one who thought skins can actually has stats . Just try it in your main server for a day or 2 and open to public just a weekend. I have an example, but of course master yi can have these stats i think. Or you can create super skins that can have stasts, but you need to pay much more then a legacy or legendary skin. One more thing: stasts can actually decrease too, its more balanced.

And for a NO answer: Well, in my opinion, stast in the skins is not balanced enough and you will not always be satisfeid for your game and you need more and more , probably you gonna be sick for all changes in the game. I think skins dont have stats because its simple : THE GAME IS FREE PEOPLE, if LoL was paid, super skins can obviously be created for you and change the current tide of any game, but since we dont pay nothing for this game, skins must not have stats, we only spend money on this game if we want to, because we are not obligated to buy skins, and to end this quotation:

_LEAGUE OF LEGENDS IS FREE TO PLAY. _
