New champion Seniro the shadowless ninja

i have get new champion idea. he is called by Seniro. Seniro come from Ionia. he is male. Seniro is ninja. Seniro have been evicted from Ionia because he was helping Zed. when he get he was evicted from Ionia he was interested about shadow isles, so he went to there, he have met nocturne who stole him shadow. later he become nocturne's friend but he still didnt get him shadow back. Seniro's stats and abilities: Health 520/90 at level 1620 (level 18) Energy 200 Health regen 8.5 in 5 seconds 21.4 hp in 5 seconds (level 18) Range 125.
Damage 50 + 4.5/level 131 (level 18) Attack speed o.679 (level 1) AS 1.8% o.99 (level 18) Movement speed 350 Armor 23+3/lvl 77 armor (level 18) Magic resistance 28 Passive : when you kill an enemy you get the invisibility to 1.5 seconds and 50 movement speed. if you hit the enemy and you are invisibility it removes that. Q ionia burst: you hit 3 times every attack makes more damage Seniro hit first left to right, right to left and then he jab. Damage 54,56,65/ 66,68,75/ 76,78,85/ 86,88,95/ 96,98,105 Attack damage ratio is 50% of your maxium Attack damage. Costs 50 energy W fade: Seniro hit the ground and makes are what slows the enemy or the enemies. range is 450 Damage 30/40/55/70/100 magic damage Slows the enemy 40% by 2 seconds Cool down 15 sec/13sec/11sec/9sec/8sec 100% Ability power ration. Costs 60 energy E Shadow jump: you can jump through the wall if there is enemy. range 500 Damage 30/40/50/60/70 physical damage. 10 % attack damage ratio R shadow attack: you choose one enemy. you can teleport different sides of him and hit him. every attack makes 20% the enemy max heath + 0.5 attack damage ration and 10% more than your base attack damage. u gain 20% armor penetration too Cool down 100 sec / 85 sec / 75 Sec So that was my idea. if there is something what must fix, tell me.
