[Champion Concept] An old boot

BIO: Once a spiffy new mercury tread, it slipped off its wearer and was lost in the river. Eventually janitorial services fished it out and threw it onto the nearby rift grass. Mistaking it for a champion, people started cheering for it. It's been one of the most popular contenders ever since.

Passive: I've got sole but I'm not a soldier Old boot can't move on it's own and must be hurled across the field of justice by its teammates. It temporarily grants allies watered down mercury tread stats when they pick it up.

W: Laced with courage Boots laces hang out onto the ground, knocking up enemies that walk over them.

E: Heel me Boot passively increases the health regeneration of nearby allies by impressing them with how well his tailors craftsmanship held up all these years.

R: Lost and found Boot is mistakenly placed in a summoners rift lost and found bin with all sorts of goodies in it. Nearby enemies are forced to stop and sift through the bin just to see if there's anything worth taking.
