New Champion Idea!!

I know you guys at Riot get about a billion of these a day but I've been working on this for a while and thought maybe you could look this over and give me some feedback :)

Here goes:

So this champion I feel should be reminiscent of kanna from the anime Inuyasha. a little girl like Annie but with a pure hearted, spiritual ionian/eerie ghostly feel to her appearance wieding no more than a mirror and is not like anything anyone has ever seen.

she's much like Azir in the fact that she starts with a single ability. I'm saying it'll be her E. Let's begin shall we?

Her Basic Attacks work like a Fiddlesticks Drain or a Malzahar Malefic Visions. She points her mirror at the target and does damage over time instead of the normal type AA we see today.

Her E is a wide short ranged cone skill shot similar to Cassiopeia's Ultimate. This ability will pull in any skill shot within the radius and fill her mirror and can be cast a second time to consume the skill shot to refill a percentage of her maximum mana. max 1 skill shot at all ranks and 5 to 25 or so percent max mana refunded to keep it fair.

Her Q Can only be cast if the mirror is full. Firing the exact skill shot held within the mirror at 100% of the damage it would have dealt and consuming the skill shot thus emptying the mirror and allowing for her to catch another skill shot . (no other scaling)

Her W should be along the lines of a shield for her or an allied champion. she can sacrifice a small amount of HP looking into the mirror herself to give a shield based on a percent of her current Ability Power and HP. If cast on an enemy champion, however, it deals Magic Damage over time and applies a heavy slow and fear (much like stepping on a Teemo shroom while you get a nice Q fromFiddlesticks ) as if they gazed into the mirror and the image the enemy sees fills their mind with various horrors.

Now I know this is all very game changing but I promise you there will be many champs able to counter her and quite easily at that. Shes meant to be a support mage kinda a mix between like a Braum/Karma/Mordekaiser {mitigating damage and being a poke heavy, annoying champ).

This next part is where the real game changer is:

Her R, The ultimate ability that WILL turn the tide of any losing game and turn her into the most unexpected threat on Summoners Rift.

Now this is the kicker. Her R: She Points her mirror at any enemy champion within range and They are forced to gaze deep into it Suppressing them and locking Her and the enemy Champ affected in place (no damage is dealt or taken during this time) for 2.5 secs (thinkitem 3157) Then They swap places and she takes on the enemies form gaining ALL of their current stats AND abilities...SHE BECOMES THEM for 30 seconds. Imagine a Mordekaiser and anUrgot ult but all of her abilities become like theirs (if a 19/2 Rengar is destroying everything and your team is very behind then the best thing to do is fight fire with fire). Gaining every ability that fed Rengar has (your Q,W,E,R changes to Rengar Q,W,E,R) plus the flat amount of damage he has to have a chance to turn the tides in your favor. (not scaling off of anything she has or this would ruin the game and be ridiculous.)

Let me know what you all think as this is my first attempt at a champ design concept. I know there's a ton of things I possibly left out but I'd be happy to expand if anyone becomes interested!! Thanks a ton!

Pretty much the only workable part of this would be the AA's looking cosmetically like a steady stream that deals damage in intervals determined by attack speed.

Having a champ whose kit hinges entirely on being faced with an opponent who uses skillshot abilities is very short-sighted design as it leaves her effectively useless until an enemy attempts to skillshot her, which is troublesome as it would mean little to nothing against champs who use primarily AOE or targeted abilities. To say nothing about the ult letting her body-jack an opponent of her choice for 30 seconds (one of the longest ults in the game) with little to no counterplay or downside.

This champ is simultaneously overpowered against skillshot-dependent midlaners and supports while being determinedly underpowered against anyone else with melee, area-of-effect, or single-target point-and-click attacks and abilities. Meanwhile, her ultimate is a colossal middle finger to everyone on the enemy team as the second she reaches level 6 at any moment they can be punished for simply being good as every level they gain or item they purchase can simply be taken away from them and given to an enemy summoner with little to nothing they can do about it except either plan their team composition and builds to account for fighting one of their own instead of just the enemy, or if she ulted their uber-fed carry just hide behind a tower or run back to base and hope this champ's player has absolutely no idea how to play the champion she just stole. I see absolutely nothing fun coming of having to play against this abomination, either in laning or in teamfights.

Plus I'm not entirely certain absorbing skillshots for later use or even body-swapping is even really possible within League's engine considering how often I've heard of similar abilities having to be cut or cancelled due to irreconcilable bugs it produced.

As far as I've seen there are a ton of champs with whole entire KITS being a colossal middle finger to all champs regardless of what role they play (Soraka in all lanes for example> slow, sustain, silence, team wide healing, game changing ult that can mean the difference of every single fight at all levels). In regards to this champ being useless without having a skill shot thrown at her that's not entirely true yes half her kit would be useless but that's the beauty of situational abilities (Yasuo's ult for instance, say he cant land his Q...He's then the only champ in the current match with no ult unless there's a knock up...what if no one on both teams has a knock up? lol.)

Another example is Azir, no sand soldier up? now he can't Q or E at all and what about that secondary on his passive...no towers destroyed? no passive to defend your position if in danger.

she has a shield that scales off of AP and HP and a decent damage over time ability that can come out at anytime and don't require to have the skill shots at all. Basically effectively a tanky support mage.

The skill shots would only stay in the mirror for a few seconds maybe 5 or 6 giving both her and the enemy enough time to position for an attack and a defense while also limiting the busted potential this has.

Don't get me wrong I do appreciate the feedback and I'm trying to not be one of those people that defend with all they've got but there's nothing positive said about the idea....calling this an abomination without considering the positive outlooks is rude though, like I said, greatly appreciated. I'm able to make a champ like this come to life based on feedback so keep it coming!

There are tons of ups and downs with this type of champ but the niche champs are there and they are still played very often. even if people think they're "bad" champs.
