please update astronaut teemo because the skin looks like is from the old league of legends (before the new summoner's rift and champion updates) or please refund my 1350 RP back

If you want it refunded, send in a support ticket. Be really nice about it though, and you might even consider drawing them a picture to make them happy because we have no right to demand refunds for skins and champions that get changed.
