PREFACE:

So, this champion was posted (by me) on the old forum. I am putting it hear in the hopes that more people can see it and help me make it better. The dream is for riot to see/use it, but I know that isn't likely. Hope you read and enjoy. Please leave a comment and vote below.

BASICS & KIT:

Primary Role(s): Fighter & Assassin

My goal is to make a high burst fighter with okay sustain with some kiting potential. He should not tank well. His major weakness should be CC. (both having only enough to trade well, and also have no real way to get through it without itemization. Think voli/udyr not Olaf) He is mana based I also want his ult to feel a little bit like Nidalee's, Elise's, or Jayce's.

Weapons: Dismounted: rifle stock war club for regular attacks (which attack in a sweeping, rowing motion). Abilities use either a tomahawk or his war club. Mounted: bow and arrow for regular attacks. Abilities use bow and arrow or attack comes from his horse, Mita Kola.

I WANT TO MAKE THIS CLEAR. Otaktay will be like Jayce. He will have his ultimate at the start of the game, but it will not start to really pick up power until after level 6

Passive: Tracking skills: Champions leave a trail of where they have been. If Otaktay is on someone's trail he gains MS.

Normal (Dismounted):

Q: Tomahawk Throw: Skill shot damaging all enemies along its distance, dealing extra damage if lined up correctly. W: Follow Through: buff to auto attacks that when cast adds a one time AOE damage effect E: Double Strike: two click and cast spells First cast: Unit targeted moderate damage that disrupts channeling spells with gap close Second cast: Ground targeted heavy AOE damage and a knock up with dash R: Mount: Channels, then permanent Range buff, AS buff, MS buff and AA damage debuff Ulting also converts skills to an alternate set (mounted stance becomes permanent until ulti is recast)

Mounted:

Q: Quick shot: Skill shot which slows as it travels W: Spur: Gap closer with AOE damage at targeted location. E: Rear: Damage buff to self and allies R: Dismount: 3 possible effects depending on location of map activated Option 1: River Dance: decaying MS buff, Dodge incoming attacks, reduced damage taken from AOE hits, and ability to move through units for short duration. (Active location is in any water feature. In aram, it is on the healing pads.) Option 2: Forest Run: decaying MS buff with heavy AD buff on first hit (active location is ‘jungle’ area which is not a part of a water feature. This includes inside of brushes.) Option 3: Attack stance: Armor buff, Mag resist buff, and AD buff for a duration (active location is main laning areas.)

Unique Item: Halo War Bonnet (traditional Native American War headdress) Kills grant feathers, Assists grant half of feather. Item upgrades with every couple of feathers granting more buffs to champ. (Similar to Rengar’s trophies married to victors hex core)

So that's the basics. Keep going if you liked what you read, if not feel free to tell me about it.

Numbers Section:

STATS:

(this is a representational and rough estimate of what you can see on any champion page in LoL) [][][][][][][][] 8/10 Attack Power [][][][] 4/10 Defense Power [] 1/10 Ability power [][][][][]]5.5/10 Difficulty

Health: 445 (+85) At 18: 1975 Health Regen: 7.0(+.6) At 18: 17.8 Mana: 235(+45) At 18: 1045 Mana Regen: 5.4(+.575) At 18: 15.85 AD: 53(+3.0) At 18: 107 Attack Speed: .67(+2.9%) At 18: 1 Armor: 15(+3.5) At 18: 78 Mag Res: 30 At 18: 50 (because of custom Item) Movement speed: 340 Dismounted basic attacks: attacks with rifle stock war club in a rowing motion Gameplay radius(Hit box): 65

NOTE ABOUT GAME START: Otaktay starts out with one point in his ultimate, allowing him to use his bonus MS and other buffs to clear jungle camps and make early ganks stronger. His forms share a cool down, so the skill can not be cast within the cool down duration for the last cast.

PASSIVE: Tracking skills: Champions leave a trail of where they have been for the last 5 seconds. This trail can be seen by all champions. If Otaktay is on someone's trail he gains 10% MS. Trail Duration: 3 seconds Range 3000

Note about Mechanics: When an enemy dashes, the trail shows a line connecting the footprints. When an enemy blinks or flashes, the trail breaks at the start location and then resumes at the destination. Stealthing does not make the footprints go away, but does make the champion invisible on screen. The Ability only works on champions visible as they come into range. (Teemo can still move in the bush he is stealthed in, but rengar will not disappear if he ults in range)

Note about appearance: The trail looks like glowing green footprints matching what the champion's feet look like. (evelyn's would look like high heels, Nunu's would look like yeti feet). You can tell direction traveled based off of which way the toes are pointing.

Normal (Dismounted) Attacks: Auto attacks use Rifle stock club, swung in a rowing motion. (attack alternates sides and is similar to how garen slashes his sword) Range: 125 (melee) Deal 100% ad on strike

Q: Tomahawk Throw: RANGE: 1050 COOL DOWN: 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 sec COST: 50/60/70/80/90 Affect: Otaktay throws his tomahawk in the indicated direction dealing damage to all enemies in its path. There are 2 sweet spots where the blade hits the enemy. If an enemy is first hit while being in one of the sweet spots, Tomahawk Throw deals sweet spot damage instead of the normal damage. The tomahawk stops if it hits a champion in the sweet spot. Normal Damage: 50/75/100/125/150(100% bonus AD) Sweet Spots Ranges:425-500, and 975-1050 Sweet Spots Damage: 70/105/140/175/210(120% bonus AD) Projectile Width: 75 Projectile Speed: 1700

Note about sweet spot application: The sweet spot damage only hits if the first portion of the enemies hit box is lined up inside of the sweet spot. The sweet spots should be incredibly hard to hit. (which is why the damage output at these spots is 7/5ths the normal damage) Note about damage: The normal damage applies along the whole length of the skill shot except at the sweet spots. Note about appearance of projectile: The sweet spots should line up with the animation. Every time the blade is along the hitting edge you have a sweet spot. Note about casting display: The area displaying the affected area should have white circles displaying where the sweet spots are along the skill shot's length to make lining up the bonus damage easier.

W: Follow Through: RANGE: 200 (on left half OR right half of body depending on where next auto attack will land) COOL DOWN: 10/9/8/7/6 COST: 65/70/75/80/85 Affect: This ability resets AA timer and causes the next auto. The next auto attack will have 200 range, and do increased damage to main target, and damage all enemies on one side of Otaktay. The side that the "rowing motion" is set to swing on will have the AOE damage. (Applies on hit effects. Forest run will add extra %bonus AD to the main strike.) Damage to main target: Normal AA damage +80/105/130/155/180 bonus AD) (Applies all normal on hit effects, but cannot crit. Will not add damage buffs from spellblade items.) Damage across AOE: 50/57.5/65/72.5/80% of damage done to main target

Note: Here is some of my math on this skill Max damage to main target at 18: 100% total AD(+180% Bonus AD (from follow through))(+70% bonus AD (from forest run))

At level 18 with no added AD (total of 107) this skill will deal 107 physical damage to main target At level 18 with 200 bonus AD (total of 307) this skill will deal 807 Physical damage to main target

Max damage across AoE: 80% total AD (+144% Bonus AD (from follow through))(+56% bonus AD (from forest run)) At 18 with no added AD (total of 107) this skill will deal 85.6 across the entire AoE At 18 with 200 added AD (total of 307) this skill will deal 485.6 damage across the entire AoE

Note about Damage distribution: The "Damage to main target" section states all of the damage the main target receives for the attack. The AOE damage DOES NOT hit the main target

E: Double Strike: COOL DOWN: 12/11/10/9/8 Secondary Timer 3 sec COST: 20/25/30/35/40 Affect: This is a dual cast spell. The first cast causes Otaktay to jump to the targeted champion and hits them with his tomahawk dealing moderate damage and disruption channels. The second cast causes Otaktay to swing his war club upwards doing tremendous damage and knocking up all enemies in the targeted location. Otaktay can be stunned or rooted out of the second cast. There is a 3 second window to recast this spell for the second effect before it goes on cooldown. First cast Damage: 75% total AD Range: 300 (unit targeting) on hit effects apply. Disrupts target on hit. Cost 20/25/30/35/40 Second cast Damage: 50/62.5/75/87.5/100 + (105/125/145/165/185% Bonus AD) Range: up to 350 AOE: 100 radius (ground targeting) Cost 20/25/30/35/40

Note about Mechanics: The reason I put in that you can stun Otaktay out of this attack is to talk about when the stun/damage is applied. This is a double dash. If you land a stun on him while he is mid dash the damage never hits, and the stun never goes off. This skill is not a hit buff. It does not apply on hit effects, and is not powered up by his ult. The first hit is similar to a nerfed jax jump strike, the second is like much shorter khazix jump with knock up. The big thing here is you need to have an enemy to start the chain. without the target in range you do not get the reward of the aoe knock up. It also charges you for both casts.

R: Mount: COOL DOWN: 30/25/20 (shares cooldown timer with Dismount) COST 0 Affect: Otaktay pulls out his bow, increasing his attack range to 550 and changing his abilities to his Mounted kit (with spur and rear being on cooldown until he is fully mounted). He then whistles for his horse (audible to all champions). Mita Kola, his horse, emerges from the nearest wall and runs towards Otaktay (ignoring friendly and enemy unit collision). Otaktay can still move and use available abilities while Mita Kola is running towards him. Once mounted Otaktay receives a persistent MS and AS buff, and a persistent AD debuff while mounted.

Buffs to Otaktay on Cast: Attack range: +425 AS: +15% Changes kit to Mounted abilities (Rear, and spur are on cooldown until Otaktay is fully mounted)

Buffs to Otaktay Upon Becoming Fully Mounted Gameplay radius (hitbox) increased to 75 Permanent MS: +10 75% total ad damage on auto attacks (his own AAs deal 75% total ad instead of 100%) (Rear and Spur come off cooldown and all cast buffs become permanent through duration of mount)

Mita Kola Stats: MS: 350 + (120% Bonus MS) (Mita Kola can move through enemies and allies UNTIL OTAKTAY IS MOUNTED. Then this buff goes away)

Mechanics Note for ulti: Once Otaktay draws his bow his abilities change. Rear and Spur are on cool down until Otaktay is fully mounted. Also the AA damage debuff does not take effect until Otaktay is mounted but the AS buff becomes effective immediately. This is to give some versatility on when to cast Mount. If you are up against a wall you all but instantly mount but you also lose the 25% off auto attacks. If you are in the middle of a lane when you cast, you get more out of the AS buff initially then can make a get away once Mita kola reaches you.

Mounted attacks: Auto attacks Use bow and arrow. Range: 550 (ranged)

Q: Quick Shot: RANGE: 1200 COOL DOWN:5/4/3/2/1 sec COST:35 Affect: Otaktay shots one shot from his bow towards the cursor damaging first target hit (minion, neutral camp, or champ). Shot slows as it travels. There is no cast time on this spell (otaktay does not stop moving while he casts), and it does not disrupt Otaktay's AA timer. Damage: 15/30/45/60/75(120% Bonus AD) Projectile starting speed: 2000 Projectile ending speed: 800 Projectile width: 25

Mechanics note for mounted Q: Projectile should take 1.5 seconds to reach full range. It should travel the first half in .5 seconds and the back half in 1 second. The goal of this is to be more useful at close range for added damage (clearing jungle camps and bursting slightly while ult is channeling), but also usable for kiting if needed. This skill is not designed as a reliable damage source for poke in lane.

W:Spur: RANGE OF JUMP: up to 950 COOL DOWN: 14/13.5/13/12.5/12 COST: 65/70/75/80/85 AOE: 200 radius Affect: Otaktay spurs Mita Kola who then jumps to the target location dealing AOE damage. This jump clears any obstacle in its path without taking on hit effects. (only damage effects Mita Kola once she jumps, CC has no effect while she is in the air) Damage: 45/70/95/120/145(+145% bonus AD)

Note about Mechanics: The CC immunity is only while in flight and DOES NOT remove cc effects currently on Otaktay. (If he is rooted he can not cast this until the root is over. If he is slowed no slows can be added while he is flying, but any slow effects lasting longer than spur's cast time will remain in effect)

E: Rear: RANGE: 600 COOL DOWN: 20 COST: 80/85/90/95/100 Active: Otaktay has Mita Kola rear. While she rear's she roars (yes horses can roar, look it up)which bolsters any nearby ally's attacks Duration of buffs/debuffs: 5 seconds Allay damage buff: 5/7.5/10/12.5/15% adaptive damage (this buff is applied to Otaktay as well)

Note: The buff goes to whichever attacking stat is most useful to the champion it is on. So if the allies ap is higher, it buffs that but not the ad. It also works the other way for allies building ad. In the event of a tie in damage stats if is half effective to both. (max level would apply 7.5% in stead of 15 but would be on both ad and ap in the event of a tie)

R: DISMOUNT: COOL DOWN: 30/25/20 sec COST: 0 (shares cool down timer with Mount) Affect: Otaktay jumps off of Mita Kola while she is full gallop and gains a different buff depending on the area he is in while he dismounts. (Note: He only receives the buff for the area he is in when he dismounts. He does not get multiple if he switches areas he keeps the first buff) Note: Mita Kola becomes untargetable and runs to nearest tree line (Feel free to watch that pretty horse run, but don't forget the angry man who just jumped off)

River Dance: Dismount while standing in water areas (The entire river (including river bushes), dragon nest, or baron pit) dodges all basic attacks for 1.5/2/2.5/3 sec, movement speed decays to normal (from his buffed MS while mounted) over 5 seconds and allows Otaktay to move through allies and enemies for it's duration

Forest Run: Dismounting in jungle (out of main lane areas/in bushes but not in water areas.) movement speed decays to normal after 1/1.5/2/2.5 sec (from his buffed MS while mounted), and first basic deals an additional 10/30/50/70% bonus AD (applies all on hit effects and can crit. Can stack with Follow through adding the damage to that of follow through.) If Follow through, damage cannot crit.

Attack Stance: Dismounting in main lane areas grants bonus armor, mag resist and ad for 3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds but reduces attack speed. MS buff is removed instantly. Bonus armor: +.5/1/1.5/2% AD Bonus MR: +.5/1/1.5/2% AD AD buff: +5/10/15/20%

Mechanics Note: All skills immediately switch back to dismounted skills. AA damage goes back to normal immediately and AS buff are removed immediately. MS buff decays over the specified duration (instantly for attack stance)

Note: My hope is that the situationally useful skills in mounted and dismounted, along with the buffs/debuffs in the different stances, will give enough incentive to switch between them. Mounted is supposed to have reduced burst but good kiting and sustainability with more mobility. Dismounted has higher burst with good sustain but less mobility. Itemization will become the key to how Otaktay is played in game. He has some potential as a brawny fighter and some potential as a high mobility assassin.

Item:

I also wanted Otaktay to have access to a unique item. Like Rengar’s old bone tooth necklace and similar to victor’s hex core. I want Otaktay to have a ‘Halo War Bonnet’ (the name of the traditional Native American feathered headdress)

Halo War Bonnet: Item cost: 450 gold (Works like victor's hex core but improves on kills not with gold) Sell Value: 50 gold

Item Base Stats: AD: 5-90 (based on level) MS: 2-36 (based on level)

Unique passive: Every kill grants a feather, every feather moves Otaktay towards his next rank. Each rank grants Halo war bonnet a new ability (feathers go off of total kills. Not just kills after purchase. If you wait till mid game to buy the item it is supper strong (or weak depending on how your game is going) for very little gold, but if you buy early it has the potential to help you snowball)

NOTE: it would be cool if Halo War bonnet could be an item displayed in game and the amount of feathers were also displayed. But SO not necessary just REALLY cool.

Item abilities and titles: 1 Feather- War party helper: +10% life steal 3 Feathers - War party scout: +2 seconds to Passive trail duration 6 feathers - War party scout leader: +10 Lethality 9 Feathers - War chief: AS +4(+2 per level) 15 Feathers- Chief: The duration of river dance, attack stance, and forest run are doubled 25 Feathers - Head chief: +20% all damage dealt

Weapon stats at level 18 and with full feathers: +90 AD +36 MS +10% Life steal +10 Lethality +40% AS +2 seconds to passive trail duration doubles the duration of dismount buffs +20% all damage

Added Mission: The Hunt Continues: I would alsothink that a new hidden mission should be added because of Otaktay (like Rengar/Kha'Zix). The mission would be called “The Hunt Continues” and it would be between Warwick and Otaktay. If Warwick wins, Otaktay loses all of his feathers and Warwick's blood scent would be buffed to always show otaktay when in range regardless of health. If Otaktay wins then Halo War bonnet upgrades to Chiefs War bonnet making Chief (15 feathers) the base level and making Head Chief only require 10 feathers.

PERSONALITY AND SUCH:

BASIC APPEARANCE:

Otaktay is Native American based. His build is that of an average man. He is slender but muscular, and has dark tan skin, and black hair. His attire should be the standard leather war outfit of a Native American (my image of this is that of an Apache or Mohican Warrior, face paint and all),and his horse should be a painted mare, with a black painted hand print on the right hand side of her neck.

Words that are native american that will be used in my lore/backstory:

Native American Words used and their meanings Otaktay = Male name meaning killer of many Mita Kola = Female name meaning good friend Adahy = Male name meaning lives in woods Amadahy = Female name meaning forest water Wallowa = winding river

LORE: (Here is to posting rough drafts because placeholders are not enough.)

The voice of young Otaktay’s Father still rings in his ears every hunt. “Otaktay, stop and listen... Hear the sound of the wind through the trees... Hear the soft steps of the doe just on the other side of that bush... Are your eyes truly seeing what the trail is trying to show you, or is your mind telling your eyes what to see?” As he went to move closer, his father's voice continued. “Move with the wind, so that your sounds might be masked by it. Let the trail show you where the game has gone, if you try and read it you surely will not see what is really there. Let your body do what it was meant to, do not force it.” Otaktay knocks an arrow on his bow string. He takes a deep breath as he pulls back the string. It is stronger than his old bow, yet feels better in his hands. He let the pounding of his heart slow as he closed his eyes. As a twig snapped behind him he turned and loosed the arrow. The high squeal of the wolf ends as soon as it began.

It has been over 5 years since the first time he felt the presence of a wolf. The last time was the day he met Mita Kola; the filly who would grow to be Otaktay's closest friend. Those wolves seemed bigger; but in truth, the wolves had not grown small but he, larger. He was only 13 then, and had yet to grow. The bond his mare and he now felt was forged in the blood of wolves. The first act Mita Kola ever saw was Otaktay saving her from a hungry pack. He knew the trust she had for him was rooted in that memory. The bonds of blood are thicker than all others except those forged in it. Otaktay and Mita Kola knew this better than most.

As Otaktay strapped his spoils to Mita Kola’s back he fell to his knees with a cry of pain holding his head. Images of a river path leading to a giant made of stone surrounded by lizards breathing flame were followed by images of the ice phoenix calling down a storm to take their lives and power. The scene flashed before Otaktay's eyes as if he were running to see the fight. He had been getting this vision for months now, but still it took him off guard every time. His whole life Otaktay trained under his father. The years had hardened his body and steeled his mind, but still these visions were overwhelming. After months of these visions Otaktay no longer wondered why the chief of the tribe was considered the strongest among them. If this man was not, he would succumb to the visions long before they lead him to Anivia. Only then, and with her blessing, would the visions stop. This blessing would replace the visions with the skill and wisdom of all the past chiefs. The elder told Otaktay the visions where the trial of the man, and that they would persist until he made it to the ice phoenix. Still Otaktay wished the visions would stop being so painfully frequent.

Standing as the pain subsided; Otaktay slung his bow over his shoulder and mounted his horse. He put his hand on the black paint handprint on the side of Mita Kola's neck. Every time he looked at it he could not help but remember that first vision; the vision of his home burning as that wolf-man carried away his mother and father. He had made the paint for the handprint from the ashes of that home, and with it vowed justice. Otaktay pulled his hand away as he felt rage welled inside. In his heart he knew rage would not help him on this journey. Instead he spurred Mita Kola to jump the downed tree in their path, and rode on.

When parting ways with the elder, Otaktay remembered hearing him say, “The journey you must embark on is a long one, and one which carries much weight. You will either earn your name, or have it taken from you.” The gifts he had been given: weapons, the marks of the warrior, and the symbol of the leader, were meant to ease his journey. These gifts were insignificant in comparison to the wisdom of those words to prepare him for the trials to come. The words helped to dispel the doubts in his mind. He had wondered how he could stand on the field with the best from all over this world. The elder’s wisdom reminded Otaktay of the vow he made at the ruins of his home in the Wallowa Valley. He vowed to find his mother and father, save them if he could, and punish the one who took them. Now, riding towards his destiny, he vowed to earn his name, and win honor for his family and people.

“If only my father had seen why, I would not be walking the path I do now.” -Otaktay

The next piece is all of the stuff that makes his lore actually make sense. There is a lot that I want the lore to say that I just can't put in to it while still having it be about Otaktay. This is where all of that has been put (well, most of that)

EXTENDED BACKGROUND: (this is not Otaktay's lore, just more relevant info about Otaktay, and his relationships inside the world of Runeterra.)

There was a small tribe that once lived together just south of the Freljord, in the region as far north along the Serpent River as one can get and still know all four seasons. This ancient tribe settled in Runeterra in the same year the ice phoenix, Anivia, took rule of the northern skies. Hunters, fishers, and warriors alike all lived in harmony here.

Harmonious living did not mean weakness though. This tribe had elite warriors who kept them safe, and once every century or so, also protected Anivia's egg as she became reborn to this world. The tribe always had head chief ruling over them. This man was picked as the strongest of the tribe, and was blessed by Anivia to have memories of the past granting them the fighting experience of all others who received the blessing. The man to receive this gift was always marked by inexplicable visions that would lead him to where he needed to go. This is the tribe Otaktay was destined to be born into, until fate intervened.

A war party was sent north to convene with some of the larger tribes to the north. Not an act of war, but a diplomatic group hoping to have a voice in the counsels that were taking place between Ashe, and Sejuani's tribes. The party never made it that far. Not but a fort night passed when a single man returned from the war party. This man ranted on about a dark terror to the north. He spoke of a single thing, a man consumed by rage, which ravaged the entire party. He spoke of the terrors that would drive a man to that madness and how they would spread south to them. Rumors of such a terror besting so many of the tribe's champions caused unrest and drove many to flee to safer lands. Adahy and Amadahy, two lovers, and once destined to lead the tribe, were among those who fled.

Amadahy, pregnant with Otaktay, fled with her husband, far away from the terror as she could. Nestled in the southern most reaches of Wallowa Country just west of foot hills of the Iron spikes, Otaktay was born. This is where he would be raised. Visitors sometimes stopped by, small men with large personalities, and sometimes warriors from places that Otaktay had never heard of. They all asked to speak to Adahy, and all left disappointed.

As it turned out, Adahy was known as the best hunter and warrior of his tribe, and he was marked with visions. By right he should have become the Head Chief of the tribe. But only a few months after he left a band of men and monsters attacked what was left of the disbanding tribe. Only one man was left alive, and only because he convinced them that the man they seeked had left already.

The war party that attacked the remnants of the tribe were Warwick, and his band of snatchers. They were looking for the leader of the tribe, and the one who knew where Anivia made her nest when she was reborn. The tribe was charged with her protection when she is most vulnerable, but only the chief could know the true location of the nest. Warwick seeks the heart of a divine to stabilize his scientifically altered body, and Anivia's would do the job nicely

Adahy knew that this would not end well for him, but put off his inevitable encounter. He wished only for a peaceful life with his family. His visions left him knowing that these days were numbered though. He knew his time was passing, so sought to teach Otaktay, his only son, everything that he could about the world, the league of legends, and his tribe. He explained how one day he would be gone, and what Otaktay would have to do, but never told exactly what would happen on that day.

JOKE/TAUNT/LAUGH/DANCE:

Joke Mounted: Looks quickly to the side holding out bow "What was that!" hits Mita Kola with bow (by accident) while looking quickly the other way. Mita Kola rears, and Otaktay falls off. He then quickly jumps back on. Joke Dismounted 1: Looks at the ground and says "what kind of tracks are these?" (An urf image scoots in front of him while he says it) Joke Dismounted 2: Looks at the ground and says "if I can’t see you, you can’t see me... Right?" Taunt Mounted: "If you don't run faster Mita Kola will need to walk to give you a chance." Taunt Dismounted 1: Drops weapons and walks forward saying, "using these will make this too easy to be fun" Taunt Dismounted 2: Drops weapons and walks forward saying, “I could use a little challenge” Taunt Dismounted 3: Drops weapons and walks forward saying, “I’d only get half a feather for killing you with these.” Dance Mounted: Mita Kola runs in circles and Otaktay does riding tricks. (Flips legs to side saddle, spins backwards, does hand stand, touches feet to ground while holding himself in saddle with his arms, etc.) Dance Dismounted: Apache war dance Laugh Mounted: Meta Kola snickers, and Otaktay laughs in response (pitch and length cycles from low to high back to low depending on last cast) Laugh Dismounted: Otaktay laughs (pitch and length cycles from low to high back to low depending on last cast)

SPOKEN STUFF/MECHANICS:

Champ selection: “I will find my justice" Movement Passive Speak, Mounted: Various voice commands for mount (YEA!!, Woooooah, Click tongue) Movement Passive Speak, Dismounted: “Where am I going?!?” “There?” “I go.” “Swiftly.” “I got it! I got it!” “Where?!” “Right away.” Upon getting a kill or assist: “Your sacrifice strengthens my resolve” or “your death will not be wasted” or “be at peace, my brother/sister.”(depending on gender of champion) Death Animation Mounted: Otaktay slumps over in saddle and falls off as Mita Kola gallops into tree line Death Sound Effect Mounted: None from Otaktay but Mita Kola rears and brays loudly, then gallops off. Thud as Otaktay hits the ground. Death animation Dismounted: Digs tip of war club into ground to try to steady himself then falls to the side of it. (War club stays erect) Death Sound Effect dismounted: Low groan and a soft thud Spoken on casting Q mounted or dismounted: “They won’t know what hit ‘em.” “It will be too late by the time they see it.” Follow through sound effect: crack of wood on wood on first hit Double strike sound effect: two grunts, “ha ha”, or “ho ho”, one on each strike. Upon casting Ulti Dismounted: Whistle {as if calling animal from a distance) Upon Mita Kola dying during channeling: “I will make you pay for that.” “NOOOOOOOOO!!!” “She was my friend.” Spur sound effect: Horse braying (as if spurred) Rear sound effect: Mita Kola majestically bellows Upon casting ulti mounted:Yip or Whoop while jumping off and again upon striking Upon passive going into use: “I see you” “You can't hide here.” “found you” Upon passive going into use against a stealthed champion: Even the unseen walk the earth

Also a thought, if Otaktay is in on a Kill for Warwick he could have a special phrase. Upon killing (or assisting a kill on) Warwick 1: "That was for my family" Upon killing (or assisting a kill on) Warwick 2: "and that one was for my tribe"

SKINS:

CLASSIC OTAKTAY: good old free with champ skin War painted face, hextech rifle stock war club, True Ice tomahawk, Recurve bow, and full leather clothing with chaps. Mita Kola would be a painted mare in her prime Particles: Normal Quotes: Normal

YOUNGSTER OTAKTAY: 750-975 rp skin No war paint, wood rifle stock club, stone tomahawk, basic longbow, in chaps but shirtless, Otaktay would look like a teenager Mita Kola would be thinner and smaller then classic Particle: Tomahawk throw uses a grey stone tomahawk instead of a true ice one. Quick shots arrows have more of a light grey look to around them (to show their true width) than normal No other changes Quotes: Normal

MOHAWK OTAKTAY: 520-750 rp skin Very similar to Classic just different war paint and Otaktay would have a Mohawk (So he would look like a Native American from the Mohawk tribe) Mita Kola would be a chestnut mare. Particles: Normal Quotes: Normal

Otaktay and Urf: 975-1850 (April Fools Skin so prices may vary) No war paint, large fish for a club, a fry pan for a tomahawk, urf's gatling gun instead of a bow, Otaktay would be in his normal clothing. Mita Kola would look normal, but would be strapped into an urf costume looking similar to Warwick's urf costume. Particles: All skills using a tomahawk normally would use the frying pan. (so tomahawk throw would throw a pan, and the first strike of double strike hits with a frying pan.) All skills and attacks using a war club would use a large floppy fish. (basic attacks look like Otaktay is slapping someone with a fish, follow through looks like a REALLY hard slap and comes with a loud sound effect of a slap, and the second hit of double strike uses a fish) All skills and attacks using a Bow normally would use Urf's Gatling gun (basic attacks look like he is shooting the gun, and quick shot looks like a stick is being shot out of the gun instead of a built) Quotes: Joke 1 Mounted: "Thanks for the ride urf, I wish I could find my horse." Mita Kola then whinnies Joke 2 Mounted: "Mita kola, if you are quiet they will think you are Urf" Mita Kola then whinnies Joke Dismounted: Bush pops up near Otaktay. "Where oh where did my horse go?" Dance Dismounted: whistles for Mita Kola who runs up to him "lets dance!" Otaktay disco dances and Mita Kola (I mean Urf) Peg leg hobbles around Splash art description: The load in screen should be set to a background of a beach with waves crashing on the shore. Otaktay should be laughing and pointing at Mita Kola who is angrily glaring at him in full Urf costume.

WOLF HUNTER OTAKTAY: legendary skin 1850. This skin is done in semblance of western native american nations (so just a thought here but some money from skin could go to them) This skin would also come with small tweaks to the abilities to make it worth calling a legendary skin as well as altered jokes, taunts, and dances. Otaktay would be wearing timber wolf pelts. His face would be painted black and red. all of his weapons would be darker (same materials but all in as dark of coloration as would make sense) also Mita Kola would be a black Nokota mare.(for those of you, like me, who don’t know horse breeds, this just means she is solid black) Particles: Tomahawk throw would use a dark ice hatchet with a black shaft. The particles around it that fill the rest of the space would be a red Quick shot would be a black arrow with red particles around it to fill the width Rear would be accompanied by Otaktay howling River dance would change his pelt to navy, forest run would make it black, and attack stance would make it a dark brown Quotes: Taunt mounted 1: “There is a battle of two wolves inside us all” Taunt mounted 2: “One is evil. He is merely a strand of it.” Taunt dismounted 3: Flips hood “It is better to have less thunder in your mouth and more lightning in your hand” Taunt dismounted 4: Flips hood “Beware the man that does not speak and the dog that does not bark” Taunt dismounted 5: Flips hood “make my enemy brave and strong, so that if defeat, I might not be ashamed” Joke mounted: Pushes on Mita Kola’s head, mita kola pushes back “force no matter how concealed, begets resistance” Joke dismounted: Dances in circle leaving a trial from his passive that all champions can see “We will be known forever by the tracks we leave” Dance mounted: Otaktay stands in his saddle as Mita Kola rears and turns on her back legs. Hey,

Passive : Stupidly strong. You're saying that without being there you can tell which champion was there, which spells he used (dashes, jumps, flashes) and you are moving faster toward them. It doesn't make sense at all. Even if the passive is fun, it's not viable. Here an option : Allies and Monster from his side apply "Hunted" on enemy champions they hit. Otaktay gain MS bonus while tracking them.

Also, his item should be part of his passive and take his trinket spot. Loose stacks while dying is not a good idea, this way you're punishing a good early by a simple death.

R - Mount : Don't decrease his AD, increase it while being on his first form. The horse idea isn't that bad, but it should increase his hit box. Maybe change it to a "Horse Spirit" who enter his body, this way he gain MS for the same reason and keep his hit box still.

Q - Tomahawk Throw : The AD ratio his to high, because of the second hit. Sweet spots are a great idea. Q - Quick Shot : Not really effective. You are punishing yourself by making you inapt to poke. I understand the idea behind that but it's not good.

W - Follow Through : Really good. Nothing to say W - Spur : Fun, but CC on range champions need to be rewarding, here you're putting yourself in a bad position only to apply a Q with bonus damages. Use it as an escape or a engage : tell the Spirit to jump where you want, it deals damages and slow enemy and moving toward him offers you MS.

E - Double Strike : Nope. If it's a targatable ability apply the CC on hit. If it's a dash think of other dashes who offer CC : Sejuani, Gragas, Alistar, Camille... It apply on impact, for a good reason. It's way to strong to let him wait, specially 6sec, to apply an hard CC. E - Rear : Remove the passive. The active is great and should grant to your ally the opportunity to use your passive.

Its a long one, I know. If I get feedback I will make changes and note them here. :)

Edit: 2/11 Changed Time on passive and gave a range Added hit box/hit box change with mounting to page Q mounted now only slows with distance making it easier to dodge at max range as apposed to damage decreasing with range Q reg now has nerfed/adjusted damage W mounted now has buffed damage to add more reward for engaging E reg reworked damage and time on/between hits. Also added more clarification on skill R mounting reworked the damage debuff to be more in line with vision for skill. (Made it aa based not total AD based) Item rework to be more in line with actual vision/utility of character aspect. Thank you Breizhillien (EUW) For the input/help.

I was hoping for more than 1 comment/review. Particularly with 700+ views. What has happened to this forum. It used to be so active with people that actually cared.
