Harrowing

Ok so Halloween is coming up! :D But riot when are you going to release the skins that are coming out this year? I know harrowing started last year October 24th but I was assuming this year was also October 24th. Anyone know any new skins or any news about harrowing? (I'm only hype for kitty cat katarina cx)
