An extremely mobile champion with massive damage.

Spells:

(Passive) Battery Charge: Celerita's Mana does not regenerate. Celerita generates 0,5% of his maximum Mana for every 200 units he travels (not including teleports).

(Q) Rapid Visit: Range: 1500/1600/1700/1800/1900 Cost: 80/85/90/95/100 Cooldown: 10 Celerita teleports to a nearby location dealing 40/50/60/70/80 (+5% Ability Power) magic damage to surrounding enemy units. After 3 second Celerita teleports back to his starting location and deals 60/70/80/90/100 (+10% Ability Power) magic damage to surrounding enemy units.

(W) Kinetic Energy: Cost: 55/60/65/70/75 Cooldown: 6 (after effect ends) Celerita gains Ability Power equal to 10/15/25/30/40% of his Movement Speed for 6 seconds.

(E) Swift Flash: Range: 875 Cost: 85/90/95/100/105 Cooldown: 7 Celerita teleports to a nearby location and charges to his starting location dealing 40/50/60/70/80 (+10% Ability Power) to all enemy units he hit. When he collides with an enemy champion or a wall stops and deals 60/70/80/90/100 (+10% Ability Power) magic damage and knocks the enemy champion back.

(Ultimate) Ultra Accuracy: Range: 350 Cost: 120 Cooldown:100/120/140 Passive: Basic attacks deal an additional (10/15/20% of Celerita's Ability Power) magic damage. Active: Double the passive effect of Ultra Accuracy. Increases Movement Speed by 30%. Basic attacks gain range, and teleports to the target. This effect can't be used on the same target for 7/5/3 seconds.

Background: Today was not different from any other day in his life. He punctually arrived to the conference in Piltover. He was not late and he was not early for a minute. Punctuality was his life. As a demacian businessman he couldn't allow himself to be late. When he started discussing the economic situation of Piltover he was not suspecting anything. Suddenly, a flash blindid him and he fell to the ground. He knew that everything has a time to happen. Death is not exception. He knew that time will come. But this time was not that. The great doctors of Piltover saved his life. Although, he lost all of his limbs. He ordered one extremely intelligent inventor, Heimerdinger to make him a new body. The fastest body in Valoran. Though it cost a fortune he became cyborg. There was only one place where he could test his new body. He wanted to compete with other people who reached his level. The greatest heroes all over Valoran, in the League of Legends.
