1 v 1 mode pls and kick option on champion select

please can we get 1 v 1 mode because i realy cannot stand these players who keep trolling and feeding like crazy ,so many bad players who make me lose a lot of games even in ranked and i cannot go over silver 5 thanks to them , it realy became so stupid over this long and no 1 v 1 mode, alot of players are so good but cannot play unless they get teams that can play,it's realy bad to be always depending on teammates who will never help or fight,and for those team games for whoever gets bad teammates and get their champs banned by them or they don't want to take the role they were assigned as there should be a kick option to kick the trolling player before the game start which makes team as if they quit and they take the penalty of quitting champion select so they don't keep doing this kind of behavior and i want every one to answer on this poll to show riot how many of you want these changes pls. and pls if you find this good idea share the post with others and give it an up(the arrows next to the post title) to keep it for everyone to see
