League Director Not Launching

I made a montage recently using the League director tool . It's an amazing tool one that i quickly grew attach to and love dearly . Over the last few days tho i've been trying to open it again but nothing works . I tried reinstalling , getting a fresh download , reboot nothing works . Is anyone else having this same problem ?? I launch the application and nothing happens i just see that my cursor has the little loading thing then it stops . No error message or anything it just doesn't pop up .

Hope you guys can help me with this i really want to be able to use this tool again . Thanks for your help in Advance ~Kairos
