Ice Cream Man Talon

This is one of my favorite skin ideas for that I have thought of. Im not an artist but I think the picture at least does my idea justice on what it could look like.

His particles for his W and R would change so that instead of throwing out blades, he would throw out 4 fudge bars shaped like a throwing star. I was also thinking his recall animation could be him hopping in an ice cream truck. If anyone has any suggestions as to what to add to this skin please don't hesitate to comment.

P.S. if anyone can do a better artistic work with this skin be my guest, like I said, I'm not an artist but I really like the idea of this skin.
