Kadarin Idea

SO after watching this video I got inspired thinking how cool and that's pretty awesome of biscuit and a neat idea. I have perhaps a suggestion that towards his kit. Q works something like toggle going off heat either building it up for slower attacks that hit hard and then swapping to vent the heat in a flurry of shots or maybe vise versa W is something like a limited use small aoe rocket keeps 2 charges larger AOE on heat build up maybe? and for an E I can see a couple options. First I was thinking something like Rengars net apply a slow or if heat maybe stun and burn. Second maybe a quick flash or a jet pack leap type of thing like trist heat applies maybe a huge blast off or crater down like Gnar's shifting leap. and Third something along the lines of a Blitz speed buff again utilizing the jetpack concept. And I have no idea where the story goes for him other than what this video states (watched vid -> ideas popped immediately) but i offer that perhaps as Ekko is from the future perhaps powers at be or noxian future badies hire this merc to chase him through time? Obviously keeping the Draven story and travelling to Zaun makes it rather cool just...personal business for Draven and Regular Business for Ekko....idk the idea seems kinda cool. thoughts?
