Add a Frequently used row for faster champion selection.

I would love to see a "Frequently used" or "favorite row" section at the top of the Champion Select screen in Ranked Draft. With the new Ranked Draft screen and system I find many players tend to specialize or often use the same 4-5 Champions. It would be much faster and much more convenient if you could therefore place these 4-5 champions at the top of the list for us where they would be easy to find and pick.
