Hi! I think many people thought of this before me..., but i think its a nice idea for a Champion/Skin.
Here are some thoughts, because i'd love to see this design in-game:
-Ezreal -Wukong -New Champion -Yasuo (maybe with shorter hair?)

I believe Pulse Fire Ezreal was meant to be DBZ themed skin. It even has a joke or taunt about the enemies power levels
