Some needed reworks and visual updates

We all know Taric and Warwick should be next on the list, but some other champions have been left so unattended for so long. Prime examples being:

Shen, one of his abilities is JUST a shield. Every other champion's shield has another thing to it, be it damage or bonus AD, bonus whatever.

Talon, this guy has been in the dirt for a while now. His damage is fine, but the tools he has to even use this are broken, in the wrong way. First his silence is taken, that's fine with me. It made him hard to deal with as a Mage, but it's not even an interrupt anymore. He's more on the visual update side in my opinion, because all he needs is a few number tweaks and effects for his abilities to be usable in ranked other than a Leblanc counter. And even then, Zed does everything he does but better. At least give the guy some better animations and a fresh model.

Rammus is another who I think only really needs a visual update. I think he's good, just not super great in the passed few meta changes.

I'd say Riven, but with all the skins she's been getting, you could just get those instead of give her a new classic model.

Tryndamere could DEFINITELY use a visual update. He looks like a toy in game with how clunky and wonky he moves, I hope some of these actually make it on the list soon, or higher up if they're already on the list.
