Yasuo rework

I was thinking on the concept of a Yasuo rework and have come up with this:

Passive: Hitting enemies with abilites fills his resource bar, hitting champions fills it more. Upon reaching a full bar his next ability is empowered.

Empowered Abilities: Q- Steel Tempest: Yasuo performs an Iai (draw slash) causing Steel Tempest to hit in a sweeping AOE, damaging an enemy grants two stacks of gathering wind W- Yasuo also gets a shield of wind which is some percent of his AD and/ or his wind wall moves at such speed that it damages any enemies that pass through E- Yasou gains a short burst of speed and the enemy takes DOT as theyre enveloped in swirling winds R- upon activation enemies are pulled towards Yasuo by a tornado and when the ult strikes down all enemies nearby take damage from whirling winds

this was the planned yasuo rework but they scrapped it and did urgot instead

I watched a video on youtube that was talking about possible changes to him, so I had fun conceptualizing, sue me. Why do you care enough about my random post to look me up and comment about it? Edit: better put, I really dont care, I just enjoyed thinking about it.

well either u are salty that yasuo was stomping you in solo q, or you are a yas 1 trick that feels u need to be even more broken.. (which would just up his ban rate again and riot would nerf him)

As of the time I posted I had only ever played yasuo 2 times, and being crushed by him wasnt a problem either. Yeah, there would definitely be no way to balance him at all, totally. Theres already a champion that empowers abilities by a resource bar, called renekton. Hes strong, but is he broken? Maybe you think he is, who knows.
