Riot should make a new skin called Mouth of War Karthus. The whole skin can be based on Pantera. His looks can be based off Phil Anselmo, all his quotes can be refrences to a Pantera Song, even the voice can have a Phil Anselmo hint to it, and his dance can be him stompping around like Phil.
