Jinx Skins
I thin that jinx should get a Harley Quinn, Jailbreak, or Officer skin. Any one of them would be badass!

Plus, officer jinx would be hilariously ironic!
It would have to be an actual harlequin for licencing purposes and I'm not so sure a harlequin is a good representation of her personality since they harlequins are typically serving a ruler and Jinx is independent. That being said I think a jailbreak outfit would be the best fit.
I think if they went the way of Black rock Shooter skin for her would be great she Really fits the role
