How to make League great again for those in South Africa

Here are my thought that make in impossible for South African players to play "this fantastic game" you guys created.

1. Create a server in South Africa, every game we play in South Africa we can not play with ping under 174. Due to this we expierience a lot of AFK problems. Sometimes the electricity cut out due to loadshedding. You give us a leaver penalty for leaving the game, but actually we cant help for it.

2. My brother D0MiN8T0R recieved a leaver penalty because he is toxic, according to you guys. His computer actually died. My computer luckily survived and we won that match. ~~~~~~__~~~~~~ Please i hope you guys working at Riot games can cut us in SA a little slack, I mean really. We spend our whole Sunday just to work of his Leaver penalty.
