When you had the vote for the new tristana skin, you had sugar rush Tristana as an option. Obviously that lost (for whatever reason I don't know), but now that you just released all those new sugar rush skins for eve, zil, etc., why not ALSO do the tristana sugar rush skin? I mean you already have the concept art done

There is a big difference between concept art and the finished product. Concept art can literally be done in an hour or so. Actually making the skin takes far longer, and since it wasnt the winning skin, there is no reason for them to actually make it.
