New Champion Concept

So, I was thinking the other day how we have all these champions, such as , but wouldn't it be really great if we had an elementalist champion? For example, its body would be rocks floating (kind of like Xerath), its abilities would be different: Q could be a combustion move, W- could be a move that involves water, E- A move that involves wind, R- a move that involves the use of the environment (earth move). These moves could be arranged accordingly. It may seem like an "Avatar", but I thought it would be really amazing to see such a champion.
