Taric complaints

I'm a plat elo support main on EUW. Last season Graves was my pick for adc, my worst role. Simple, good and diverse. After rework he was gimmicky, op and pretty much not even an adc anymore. Now the same is happening to Taric. Simple, good and diverse into gimmicks, most likely broken and not even for support anymore. Can't say I'm surprised and I've feared this day from when I started playing him more, the changes are completely unnecessary in my opinion. Why go from "heal yourself and target based on your max hp and AP" to "heal yourself and targets around a circle and another circle from another ability based on stacks on the skill and most likely other stats too". It might turn out not to be so terrible after all, but I'm really sceptical; especially about the ulti.

Then again I definitely am part of the minority here so obviously riot won't cater to my needs, I've only invested 10€ to the game anyway (I do follow lcs tho). But all the new additions to the game are terrible for me, and those 17 other players who think and play like I do. First Graves, I've tried to fill the hole with Lucian but it's not working out. Then dynamic que. I always filled in and it was great because when I'd get firstpick I could be creative with my picks and roles, ask for prefs and pick according to them (I tried my best to be able to play all roles in ranked like everyone was supposed to, until riot said no, the people not respecting pick order must be pleased). Fill with dynamic is just terrible.

My solution would be releasing pure soloQ like you promised "but what about people dividing and que times for 4man premades would be terrible" Then make soloQ not use the role preferences. That way people who want to play soloQ can either play soloQ where they use the old good and perfect and shiny system OR get their role in dynamic.

For the Taric problem, since you're releasing a new gamemode in the weekends, why not make one where people can play as champions before their reworks; Sion, Poppy, the adc's and all the good stuff. In my mind that wouldn't be hard to execute but then again I'm not a programmer.

For the haters I'd like to say that yes, I hate new things. Especially when they take old things away when they arrive, or are generally terrible for me. But I do understand that I am in the minority here and if riot catered to the needs of players like me all the time, the game would die. But just once rito, just once give me something to work with.

I'm just curious how old Taric is diverse? Good I can give you. However, to me he seems like a simple point and click "stun that guy"/healbot. His kit is mostly uninteresting. I mean that I like him. However, diverse feels like a weird descriptor for him.

As for releasing solo queue, Riot knows that they can't. Why? Because no one would play dynamic queue anymore. It'll become the joke that team builder was, and anyone with a good rank earned in dynamic queue will be labeled in the community as someone who "got carried" or "didn't really earn their ranking" or some shit like that.

On some level, you know it's true, and you know that Riot doesn't want to give it up because it gives casual players a more friendly option than blind pick without sending them to a totally different map/game mode.
