New Report Option

Had way too many people troll this. This should be a highly serious offense, as it's the basis for your new queue system.

Make reporting in champ select possible Problem solved
This idea is basically the same as the "Unskilled Player" report option. It is too broad of a region in the sense that someone will be reported for having a bad game.
"Mid Lane lost lane" Reported
"Top Lane was camped and our jungle did not come to help" Top and Jungle Reported
"ADC can not CS, but yet we still won lane" Still Reported
"Mid Lane was first blood" Reported
And that is just all I can think of at the moment. The reason it doe snot work and the reason Riot most likely removed the "Unskilled Player" report option is because people will just be reported for the stupidest of reasons.
