New Game Mode Idea

I have an idea for a new game mode where you play on summoners rift but the game ends automatically after 20 minutes and the winner is determined by adding up turrets, cs, kda etc. I think this game mode would be great because it would not only allow people in a hurry to play a game but also cut back on the amount of afkers in normal queue. Please consider making my idea a game mode in the future. Thanks -yamface12
