Skins-Owned Collection Icon/Tab?

It's been years already, and for veteran players we've owned many skins over the years and just simply want to see our whole collection of skins and not take the hassle time of looking at each champion at a time. Right now it's all been 3rd party, which wouldn't be recommended, can Riot just help do this for the community? I mean for those who owned like 20+ skins it takes a long time just to see which one you own. And a possibility of totaling our outcome cost of RP spent on Skins for us to see? Like another tab next to our ingame client profile there should be a "Skin Collection" Tab for us to click.

And there should be a “Achievement” tab, for example if you have all Annie skins, you get a title called “Lolicon” in Achievement tab, if you win 100 games with Brand, you get a title called “arsonists”， if you kill 100 enemy champions with Jhin/Caitlyn's ult , you get a title called “Sniper" ..etc(like every champions has at least one achievement title)....Then you can put one of your titles above your name in the game......[slayer-jinx-catface]
