Red Card Katarina

Whys is red card katarina called red card katarina when she dont even chuck red cards. i think that her q should be a red card and she chucks its at the enemy. dont you think so too ? i know this skin is old but im a cheap asian and i want my money worths for this skin. help an asian out please <3 ;33
