Well if we're going to have Yuumi, admittedly adorable, we might as well have other champions that can attach.

Champion Concept: Technobabble: AP champion.

Curious of Yuumi's invulnerability magic, Heimerdinger attempted to copy her powers. He successfully copied this power into two different uses within a single a Hex-tech design and immediately deployed the bot into the field to defend his homelands. The prototype of this design held a malfunctioning AI which Heimerdinger considered 'disobedient' and 'talkative'.

Though initially dissatisfied, Heimerdinger slowly became fond of the kill-happy and overly talkative bot; thus branding them with the name Technobabble.

Since creation, Technobabble has become increasingly independent. They have gone through several stages of 'skins' while attempting to 'find their true calling'. This includes a brief stint with the band 'Pentakill' as a bouncer, with KDA as one of several backup dancers, as a chef's assistant for Tahm Kench's gourmet river dining, tried being a resistance fighter under the command of Caitlyn, worked a desk job for Mundo's company, learned how to be a ghostly companion from Wolf of the Kindred duo, interned at the Pajama Guardians Magical Medium Agency, learned how to be a devil from Teemo, met Desperada Cassiopeia and briefly joined her bandit enclave, got hired on as a mercenary soldier for Azir, did an apprenticeship with a Dragon slaying agency, learned that dragons are friends... not meal tickets... from a Tristana and a disappointed Heimerdinger, learned how to grill at Leona and Brand's Barbecue... hint hint... nudge nudge... Brand skin, learned how to fish from Fisherman Fizz, Learned that fish are friends... not food... from Nami, attempted but failed to learn how to be dress gothic from Annie and Poppy, successfully learned how to dress emo with Amumu, went to space to help out their friend Teemo, and briefly joined the Mafia with Twitch, Miss Fortune, Braum, Graves, and Jinx.

Passive: Nanobot Repair: Technobabble naturally restores their own health, and the health of anyone they are attached to by 2% every 6 seconds. This costs mana to restore the health of someone else's HP, based on HP Restored each tic, and they can toggle this on and off by clicking the passive icon. Technobabble cannot use drink potions and thus refuses to buy any of them except elixirs; which are poured directly into their power core and last 20% longer.

Q: Pew, Pew, Pew: Their arms open up into guns and they fire in sequence for 4/6/8/10/12 shots over six seconds; sending a single skill-shot down each side of a line just barely wide enough to hit one normal-sized hit box with both shots if the enemy are standing in the center of the line.

basic damage ability.

W: Hug Bot: Deploy a robot which burrows underground. When an enemy comes near, the bot attaches to the enemy and shoots in all directions (once every two seconds for six seconds) or (once every second for three seconds) [not sure which would be more balanced]. The attached enemy is slowed while affected.

trap ability, but for team-fights

E: Deploy Factory: Allows Technobabble to manufacture 2/3/4/5/6 allies using large amounts of mana and will collect enough materials to manufacture 1 charge of any type of refillable potion once every twenty seconds by clicking the factory. Max potions material storage= 5. These allies can be of either durable (Close-range, relatively quick attack speed, Tanky, Moderate Regen, single-target), Ranged (Ranged-skill shot, moderate attack speed, Fragile, Single-target) or Artillery (Long Ranged cone-fire %HP skill-shot similar to Xerath R or comet, slow attack speed, Fragile, AOE).

If any factory bot gets outside of Technobabble's control range while Technobabble is attached, they will ignore everything unless attacked and attempt to enter signal range.

Tank-bots will attempt to run ahead of Technobabble if he is alone, or stand and wait for commands if Technobabble is attached but attempt to stay within signal range.

Pew-Bots will attempt to run behind Technobabble , or stand and wait for commands if Technobabble is attached but attempt to stay within signal range.

Artillery bots can be targeted to certain locations upon being created or upon returning to the factory, they will deploy upon reaching that location and begin spinning their main turret to align with a target

R: Pocket Dimension Bubble: Technobabble attaches to the excess aura of an allied champion and feed off of it. While attached, they gain the following abilities.

Attached-Q: Double-time Pew, Pew, Pew: Their arms open up into guns and they fire in sequence for 8/12/16/20/24 shots over six seconds; sending a single skill-shot down each side of a line just barely wide enough to hit one normal-sized hit box with both shots if the enemy are standing in the center of the line.

Attached-W: Hug Grenade: Lobs a 'grenade' which sets off on impact with the ground and shoots in all directions (once every two seconds for six seconds) or (once every second for three seconds) [not sure which would be more balanced]. If it lands on any champion or any champion comes near them, it hugs that champion and fires from them. Friendly champions are healed, enemy champions are slowed.

Attached-W: Command Module: Enables Technobabble to command tank-bots and pew-bots to go to specific locations, enables them to command all bots to attack specific targets. If the user targets a specific bot, they can individually order them.
