Way to solve disconnects

So I was wondering how to fix the problem of people disconnecting. And I came up with this: why not that whenever a person disconnects, a intermediate bot would be playing as him (obviously, if he came back, he would replace the bot). That would increase the chance of that team winning , since it wouldn't be 4v5.. what do you think?
