Puppeteer/Puppet Master Azir

This could really be a thing. Make him look lifeless and bleak and you got a skin, his sand whatsies are his puppets (durr) to control and with his wooden fist (talons?) HE WILL RULE OVER THE RIFT!!! I have no art/concept in mind and im stupid so i cant draw but any contributions would be much appreciated. Need to make this happen, rito plz.
