A new mid champ

I was thinking when I was playing League of Legends. Now, my main lane is mid but I get tired of the champs that I use. So I tried different lanes and they are bored for me now. So I decided to come up with a new champ ideas. It would be based on AP and it would be long and short ranges.

His skills are my idea and they can be similar to some of the champions in League of Legends. Please think of my idea and I would appreciate if you put this champ in the game.

Skills:

Q - Slice/Arrow fire : Slice is a skill where the champion slices its enemy 5 times continuously with his sword. Arrow fire is a skill where the champion shoots 5 arrows with his bow. Cooldown time : 7 seconds.

W - Power Consumed/Trap arrow : Power Consumed is a skill where the champion fuses the sword with the mana and when the champion hits within 5 seconds when using Power Consumed, the champion gives off extra damage. Trap arrow is a skill where the champion fires a bow and traps (binds) the enemy champion and cannot move for 3 seconds. Cooldown time : 19 seconds

E - Weapon change : Weapon change is a skill where the champion can change weapons. Sword to bow and bow to sword. Cooldown time : 1.5 seconds.

R - Teleportation slice/Explosive arrow : Teleportation slice is a skill where the champion teleports to the enemy champion and slices numerous times for 5 seconds. The last slice brings a huge blow to the enemy champion. Explosive arrow is a skill where the champion shoots a single arrow and when it hit the enemy champion, it deals a great damage to the champion and enemies nearby. Cooldown time : 160 seconds.

Really overpowered in my opinion. If 5 arrows did 10 dmg each at start i could understand, But kiting is way to easy with the low cooldown on weapon change. Think of this combo : Kite with bow tons of times, then they are low try to run ULT dead. Only counters I could see is lissandra or leblanc, but those champs counter nearly all so. Also unless your ult on teleport has a range, you could teleport to anyone and free ganks/kills. Plus you basically just added a jinx ult to a character with more than 1 move set. Lastly, that cooldown on switching/ its effects. There should be atleast one down side on switching sides. Like maybe bow does less dmg? The main thing about this champion that i dont like is its melee and ranged abilities. Your char is a already op nid, with a teleport, jinx ult, and having no skill shot except your ranged ult. This character would probably have huge damage nerfs like reksai.

Thank you for your opinion. Yeah I thought it was too op so I was hoping that even if they add this champion into the game, they would nerf it. But I posted this idea because that i was bored with all of them. So i appreciate your comment and opinion and I'll post another comment to nerf the character. Thank you for reading.
