I was told by riot player support that since they couldn't transfer recommendations through to the development team, to bring my recommendations here so the devs could receive them. I know this sounds absurd and not very possible, but my recommendation was something along the lines of hextech trading, as time after countless time, I have found that me and my friends get champ shards or skin shards that the other person wants: e.g. I really wanted that elderwood bard skin that my friend got and he didn't want it, but he couldn't give it to me. I was wondering if hextech trading was an option. Thanks!
