With the Star Guardian skins coming out I thought because of that background it looks like an anime, So if Riot Games were to make a anime or show off of that they could make a lot of money off of it. I think its a good idea if anyone wants to chat about it talk to me.
they're based off of sailor moons character animation styles, look up lux's dance reference with the star guardian skin, same dance as one of the characters from it
It's making references to existing anime shows like Sailor Moon or Madoka Magica (I think the different Star Guardian characters might each have had subtle leanings toward different animes but I'm not so sure).
As for making an actual show of it, considering how expensive hiring writers, animators, voice actors etc would be when Riot is already making League of Legends their primary focus the best advice I could give you would be to contact some of the contributors to the animations on the League of Legends Community Youtube channel with your idea to see if anyone who already makes League-related animations in their spare time would be interested in making Star Guardians a story series.
Not a show, but kinda to promote it more, do like a fake Anime Intro, would be awesome XD
